Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. Appoints Daniel E. Pittard to Board of Directors |

Rubio's(R) Restaurants, Inc. (NASDAQ:RUBO) announced today that Daniel E. Pittard, currently President and CEO of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. |
Ralph Rubio will remain Chairman of the Board and will continue to be actively involved in the Company.
"I am pleased Dan has been named a member of the Board of Directors and look forward to utilizing his capable leadership and experience in that regard," said Ralph Rubio, chairman and co-founder of Rubio's(R) Restaurants, Inc.
