Wonderful!! Well put! As a General Manager of a 100+ Hampton Inn & Suites and having come up from the Sales Side of the fence - I see exactly what you are speaking of quite often.

I am 100% sold on the "bottom line" in this business, but my bottom line and that of the money managers is different - my bottom line is DID WE GIVE THE GUEST A "WOW" experience!!

Keep sounding the horn - that train needs to leave the station.
